We were early in both Optimism and Base, two of the most prominent Layer 2 blockchains. Our engineers helped build and scale Base at Coinbase, while our Optimism veterans shaped token design, incentive systems, protocol economics, and governance. Together, we've seen firsthand what it takes to design, launch, and grow L2 networks from zero to global adoption, including pioneering the iterated airdrop model now used across the industry.

Codex operates between New York and high-growth emerging markets. Following the forward-deployed model our team learned at Palantir, we embed ourselves directly with partners on the ground, often for months at a time, working alongside the people and businesses who move money across borders every day.
